About the Role
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of all production machinery, facility equipment, and building systems. This role ensures minimal downtime and maximum efficiency of all equipment in the manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Maintain and repair CNC machines, assembly equipment, and testing fixtures
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and minimize production downtime
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and equipment records
• Order and manage spare parts inventory
• Assist with equipment installation and facility improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and lockout/tagout procedures
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance needs
• Support continuous improvement and equipment optimization initiatives
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred. 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience. Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills required.
