We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unused and in original packaging
- Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase
How to Return
To initiate a return, please visit our Support Page. If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately through our Support Page so we can make it right.

- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Hazardous materials
Exchanges
For exchanges, return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds (minus the 15% restocking fee) are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
