The MC9LS extends the MC9 platform with a 4.6-inch slide and barrel — giving you 15% more sight radius than the standard MC9 and an optic-ready cut machined to Mete Optics specification. The California configuration preserves every feature except magazine capacity, which California law caps at 10 rounds.
What's California-specific: 10-round capacity flush-fit magazines (2× included), California-marked frame, manual safety lever, microstamping-exempt under the current safe-handgun roster framework.
